Rev. Dr. Ona Afrae founded Abundant Blessings East Bay with a deep conviction that spiritual enrichment and practical service are inseparable. Her vision has guided the organization from its roots as The Hood Samaritans to a multi-faceted community initiative serving thousands annually.
